At NEXO Timepieces, we take great care to accurately describe and photograph every timepiece we offer. Because our inventory consists primarily of pre-owned and collectible watches, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of preference, fit, size, or other reasons unrelated to the accuracy of the listing.
A return may be accepted only if the item received is materially different from its description, including a significant undisclosed condition issue, incorrect item, or material authenticity concern.
If you believe an item is not as described, please contact NEXO Timepieces promptly after delivery and provide a description of the issue along with supporting photographs or other relevant documentation. We will review the matter in good faith and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
